Stewart Aitkenhead
Senior School Physics Teacher, Assistant Head of Senior School (Student Progress)
Stewart graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a BSc in Astrophysics. He completed his PGDE at Moray House School of Education at the University of Edinburgh, before working at a state school in Edinburgh. He relocated to Hangzhou, China, in 2009. While there he taught IGCSE and A-level Physics, and began his MSc in Educational Leadership. Stewart joined the Dulwich group in 2012, working at Dulwich International High School Suzhou, where he held a variety of leadership posts including Head of Extra Curricular Activities, Head of Trips, Head of Year and Head of Student Assessment, Data and Tracking. Stewart joined Dulwich College Suzhou in 2018 as Head of Science. In his spare time, Stewart spends time with his two children, and enjoys taking them on adventures around Suzhou
