Ellie graduated from the University of Sussex with a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics and Statistics and continued her studies at Sussex University to obtain her PGCE and QTS. Ellie has 21 years of experience with 8 of those years in whole school leadership. She taught in the UK before moving to DCSZ in 2020. Ellie has been accredited Chartered London Teacher status through her positive impact in London schools, by the College of Teachers. She continues to professionally develop and is currently completing her NPQH. Ellie has a passion for teaching and learning, with using data to effectively support teachers planning and assessment to enhance the experience for all students understanding, progress and outcomes. In her spare time, Ellie enjoys spending time with her family cooking, walking and eating out.
