Michael is an experienced and enthusiastic practitioner who has had the privilege of helping students develop their skills and knowledge over the last 15 years. Having been awarded his BSc (Psychology) from the University of Pretoria (South Africa), he decided to embark on career in teaching. He has taught at both upper and lower primary levels, utilising various curricula to enhance the learning experience of each of his young learners. To enhance his own theoretical and practical knowledge within the field of Education, Michael gained his MA (TESOL) from the University of Nottingham (UK). As an avid all-round sportsman, Michael enjoys taking part in various sporting activities such as, but not limited to, Spartan obstacle races, social rugby, mountain-biking and surfing. This is unrivalled to his love of spending time with his wife and 4-year-old son though; any spare time that Michael has is usually spent with his family.
