James Gildersleeve
PE Teacher, Head of Senior School PE
James is from the United Kingdom and grew up in the city of Bath. He graduated from the University of Gloucestershire with a degree in Sport & Exercise Sciences before completing his PGCE in Secondary Physical Education at Bath Spa University. He has taught extensively in England working as Head of PE and as a Head of Year as well as spending time on SLT in charge of whole school behaviour. James has recently been teaching in Dubai and has also previously spent time in Doha, Qatar as Head of PE. James spends his free time being active. He loves football, golf, running and cycling. Skiing is also a passion, having organised multiple school ski trips in his past job roles. Away from physical activity, James loves to read and travel to new destinations as often as possible.
