London Trip - Memories That Will Last a Lifetime

- Mr David Cairns, Deputy Head of Junior School

During the Spring holiday, 45 students from Years 4, 5, 6 and 7 visited London for an 8-day trip. The students took part in countless activities which will live long in their memories. From museum visits, to seeing the England Women’s National Team play football against Sweden, theatre workshops with the Royal Shakespeare Company, Pineapple Dance Studio and the director and cast of the West End musical The Lion King, and a visit to Dulwich College, this truly was an amazing trip loved by all!

Holistic Learning

Our teachers gave students a huge surprise on the day. Students managed to watch England Lionesses vs Sweden in a World Cup Qualifier at the world-famous Wembley Stadium. These are the top teams in the world and our children loved it! Our students also attended a pre-theatre Lion King workshop. Apart from that, students visited The Tate Modern, Madame Tussaud’s, and then wanted the Lion King on the West-End.
