Dulwich College Suzhou Students Achieve Excellent IGCSE Results for 2019

Dulwich College Suzhou IGCSE Results 2019

Senior School students were delighted to receive their final set of IGCSE results on Thursday 22 August, with the headline news being Dulwich College Suzhou’s overall pass rate of A*-C stands at 96.8% whilst our students gained nearly two thirds of all grades at A*/A (65.5%).

Whilst all students should be rightly proud of their efforts and outcomes, some particularly outstanding performances came from the following students:

Rudraksh M achieved the highest grades available in all 11 of his subjects

In Gi L achieved the highest grades available in 8 of his 11 subjects

Kevin C and Sisie H each both achieved the highest available grades in 7 of their 11 subjects respectively

Kyodong K achieving the highest available grades in 7 of his 10 subjects

Nigel Wilsonlock, Head of Senior School commented “I would like to congratulate all our students for their hard work in earning such excellent results but also the teachers who gave them the platform to excel”.

Iain Slade, Deputy Head of Senior School added “I am extremely proud to say that once again, our students have applied themselves brilliantly and they are now seeing the outcome of their hard work and dedication over the course of their IGCSE programme.  For many returning students, this is an excellent platform on which to build as they embark upon their next challenge of the IBDP programme here at Senior School. Furthermore, for many of the students, their learning at Dulwich began many years before, with over 40% of our IGCSE students having begun their time at the College at either the Junior School or DUCKS, so in many ways this is a testament to the importance we place on student progression through the College. Finally, I would also like to congratulate all our staff on supporting our students through their examinations and in their learning journey”.
