Emma Trasler is a passionate Primary School teacher from Cheshire, England. After studying for her degree in Sociology at The University of Leeds she began her career in Early Years. She then decided to widen her teaching experience by undertaking a Primary PGCE at Manchester Metropolitan University. Emma gained employment at a Primary School in Greater Manchester as a Year 2 teacher in 2011 and taught there for 5 years. Here she undertook a range of roles from P.E. Leader to Community Links Leader, staff governor and a member of the senior leadership team. She completed her NPQML at Edge Hill University in 2016 and is extremely committed to ensuring that the children she teaches have the best possible opportunities. She loves being involved in the wider school community and has been very excited about teaching at Dulwich College Suzhou and building relationships with the children and families.
In her spare time she enjoys being active and particularly likes swimming, walking and skiing. Emma also loves to travel and explore new places and cultures.
