- Super Saturdays are back!
This Saturday saw a whole host of sport taking place at the College, giving students of all ages a chance to get out and get active.
Badminton:
20 students from the Senior School took part in the first ever ‘DCSZ Badminton Tournament’. Students participated in 2 rounds of tournaments allowing them to hone their skills and test their agility against a variety of opponents, regardless of age or gender.
Special congratulations go to Athena (Year 7) who won the Division 3 Tournament, Maria (Y13) who won the Division 2 Tournament, Rudy (Year 13) who won the Division 1 Tournament and Chankee and Hoyeong who took the title in the Doubles Tournament.
Swimming:
In the 2nd Internal DCSZ Swimming Meet of the Year, the tension was palpable, with students from Junior School and Senior School keen to out their winter training to the test.
Well done to all swimmers who competed in 7 events in 3 hours, no mean feat!
Our thanks go especially to the parent volunteers who gave their time to support the running of the meet. It was great to have the ‘buzz’ back around the pool.
