- Dulwich College Suzhou Honors Remembrance Day
This week, Dulwich College Suzhou marked Remembrance Day with a moving address from our Head of College, Mr Massiah and from student leaders in Junior and Senior school.
Our Senior School Choir helped commemorate this important moment with a rendition of ‘Danny Boy’ and at 11:00 Year 12 student, Ryan G performed The Last Post. Two minutes silence was observed as a mark of respect to honour and remember the members of the armed forces who lost their lives in the line of duty during times of war and conflict.
Senior School Head Prefects read ‘In Flanders Fields’ by John McCrae and the Junior School Head Prefects chose ‘The Hug O’ War’ by Shel Silverstein allowing time to learn, understand and reflect on this important day.
