Gabbie graduated from the University of Teesside with a Bachelor of Science. She completed her PGCE at Leeds Beckett University. She is from Leeds in the United Kingdom; she came to china in 2016 to teach English in a public school in the South of China. She then relocated to the capital city of Hunan where she has been for the last 6 years. Throughout her teaching years she has always taught young learners and appreciates the learning journey they undertake together. She appreciates watching ballet in her free time, as well as travelling when the opportunity allows it.
